At MeiWa Learning Circle, our registration process is easy and seamless. For registration, you need to signup with our website. Once you are done with the signup process, the next step evolves around choosing courses from our offerings as per your requirements. For the selected courses you will have to make the payments to start with the classes. Both online and offline courses are available. You can choose any option as per your convenience.

• We first need to schedule a level check or consider school consultation filling up the contract form on our website.
• Based on your form submission, we will do a level check either online or in person in Tokyo.
• We will go through our schedule to check whether you have selected the right lesson as per goals and availability.
• Once your enrollment is done, make the payment online for the books and first month classes.
• Start taking your classes and enjoy learning.

Our minimum enrollment period is one month. If you are not able to attend the classes for one month, you can join from the next month, but you have to make the full payment for the month. Students who will join classes in the middle of the month, like 15th or so, they will have to make payment for the current month and the following month i.e., 1.5 months.
